  • No Guarantees:
    While we provide guidance based on industry knowledge and experience, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your actions, including lead follow-up and conversion efforts.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Active Participation:
    As a client, you are responsible for following up on leads, engaging with prospects, and using the tools we provide effectively.
  • Compliance:
    You agree to use our services in compliance with local laws, marketing regulations, and ethical standards.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds or Discounts:
    Payments for our services are non-refundable. We encourage you to commit to at least three months of service to see results.
  • Pricing Changes:
    Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any adjustments.

4. Service Termination

  • You may discontinue our services at any time, as we do not require monthly contracts. However, partial refunds for unused services will not be issued.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our system integrates multiple software solutions and offshore teams, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
